Atlantic Kitchen Launch Experience – Full Terms & Conditions

1. Promotional Period

The Atlantic Kitchen Launch Experience (“Launch Experience”) is available on qualifying bespoke kitchen projects where a new kitchen contract is signed between 19 February 2026 and 19 August 2026 inclusive.

Contracts signed outside of this period will not qualify.

Atlantic Bespoke Kitchens reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Launch Experience at any time. Any qualifying project that has signed a contract within the promotional window will retain eligibility under the terms applicable at the date of signing.

2. Eligibility & Project Value Thresholds

Project value thresholds (£20,000, £30,000 and £40,000+) are based on the total contract value for kitchen furniture and cabinetry excluding VAT, and excluding:

• Additional works

• Variations

• Third-party services

• Appliances (unless specifically included within the cabinetry contract)

The final contracted furniture and cabinetry value will determine eligibility for the relevant Launch Experience tier.

Experiences do not stack. Each qualifying project will receive one Launch Experience appropriate to its final contracted value.

3. Tier Benefits

3.1 BergHOFF Cookware Set (£20,000+ ex VAT tier)

The BergHOFF cookware set is selected and supplied by Atlantic Bespoke Kitchens.

The cookware set:

• Is non-transferable

• Is non-exchangeable

• Cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products

• Will be supplied following kitchen completion

Atlantic reserves the right to substitute a comparable product of equal value should availability require.

3.2 Joseph Joseph Voucher (£30,000+ ex VAT tier)

The £500 Joseph Joseph voucher:

• Is redeemable exclusively in-store at Atlantic Electrics

• Is non-transferable

• Is non-exchangeable

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

The voucher must be used within 90 days of kitchen completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Atlantic reserves the right to substitute equivalent products where specific lines are discontinued or unavailable.

3.3 Private Kitchen Launch Event (£40,000+ ex VAT tier)

The Private Kitchen Launch Event is available on qualifying £40,000+ (ex VAT) projects only.

The event:

• Is limited to a maximum of 8 guests

• Will be arranged at a mutually agreed date following project completion

• Is subject to supplier and scheduling availability

The format, catering scope, supplier selection and structure of the event shall be determined by Atlantic Bespoke Kitchens. Atlantic reserves the right to define the reasonable scope of the event in line with internal budget parameters.

The event:

• Is non-transferable

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• Cannot be substituted for alternative goods or services

4. Photography & Promotional Usage

By accepting the Private Kitchen Launch Event, the client grants Atlantic Bespoke Kitchens the right to photograph and/or film:

• The completed kitchen

• The event setting

• Styling and atmosphere

Such imagery may be used across:

• Atlantic Bespoke Kitchens’ website

• Atlantic Electrics’ website

• Social media platforms

• Printed and digital promotional materials

Atlantic Bespoke Kitchens agrees that all imagery will be used in a professional and respectful manner.

Clients are responsible for informing their guests that photography may take place.

5. Atlantic Referral Privilege

The Atlantic Referral Privilege applies only where:

• A referred client proceeds to a signed kitchen contract with Atlantic Bespoke Kitchens; and

• The referral is declared prior to contract signing.

Upon contract exchange of the referred project:

• The referring client will receive a £250 store credit (inclusive of VAT); and

• The referred client will receive a £250 welcome store credit (inclusive of VAT).

Store credit:

• May be applied immediately upon contract signing

• May be used towards the kitchen contract value or in-store purchases

• Is non-transferable

• Is non-exchangeable

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

• Cannot be applied retrospectively to contracts signed before referral declaration

There is no limit to the number of referral credits that may be earned per household during the promotional period.

Atlantic Bespoke Kitchens reserves the right to verify referral eligibility before issuing store credit.

Self-referrals are not permitted.

6. General Conditions

The Launch Experience:

• Applies only to private residential clients

• Is subject to availability

• Does not form part of the core kitchen contract

• Does not alter or override the main kitchen contract terms

Atlantic Bespoke Kitchens shall not be liable for any delay or inability to fulfil Launch Experience elements due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Launch Experience shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
